This system consists of five secret forms. This was the first Ryu that Junji Saito learned in Japan. He studied under an 86 years old Jigen Ryu master. Junji Saito taught that this system was very simplistic in nature and easy to learn. It allowed students to develop combat movements of their own by using the five forms themselves as a teacher. What is secret about these simplistic forms is how they are to be trained.
