Bujin Takamatsu Toshitsugu Uô Sensei Memorial Project:

A Message From Hatsumi Sensei

"How time flies already we are confronted with the 33rd anniversary of Takamatsu Sensei's passing. Meanwhile, the martial ways of the Bujinkan have grown into a global presence. I have decided to take this opportunity to construct a great Bujin Monument, in order to transmit the "martial virtue" and spirit of Takamatsu Sensei to future generations throughout the world, for many years hence."

"In honor of the 33rd anniversary of Takamatsu Sensei's passing, we are asking for the support and monetary contributions from like minded individuals for the construction of "The revered Warrior God (Bujin) Takamatsu Toshitsugu Memorial". Time certainly has flown, April 2nd of the 16th year Heisei (2004) marks the 33rd anniversary of Takamatsu Sensei's passing and signifies his day of resurrection."

"The Bujinkan has become to be loved by many throughout the world. We would like to take this opportunity to sing praise to the feats, warrior virtues, and grand accomplishments of Takamatsu Sensei with the construction of a great Warrior God (Bujin) Monument."

Those like minded individuals in agreement with the construction can send contributions along with their name, address, and amount of their contribution to the Bujinkan Honbu Soke at the following address:

Forthcoming book: A translation of a new book by Dr Hatsumi, which is due to be published by Kôdansha International in 2004. It is in a sense designed as an "update" to the well-known "Togakure-Ryû Ninpô Taijutsu" book, but most of the contents are quite different. The title chosen by Kôdansha is "The Way of the Ninja: Secret techniques", although Taijutsu techniques constitute only a small part of the book...
